Water based bitumen extended polyurethane liquid membrane for waterproofing
One-component membrane, bitumen-extended rated water-based thixotropic exceptional properties, ideally suited for waterproofing damp rooms (under facing).
The material, unlike most materials based on bitumen emulsion dries quickly and can be applied in a thick layer. In addition, the material has the characteristics of a true elastomer and does not resemble the thermoplastic materials of the same kind.

Application procedure

The material can be used indoors and applied on concrete, fibrous cement, brick, plasterboard and other similar materials.
Seal cracks, damage, holes must be coated with suitable material. The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or flaking particles. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.

The primer Super Tectum Aqua NG Primer is recommended. Seal all corners, elements and parts with SuperTectum Flex PU.

Immediately before use, mix the material with a low-speed mixer (up to 300 rpm) until a homogeneous mass is formed. When mixing, avoid the formation of bubbles. In case of airless spraying, the material should be diluted with 5-10% pure water.

Apply it with a brush, roller, spatula, or airless spraying (the operating pressure of >200 bar) in two layers with a total flow rate of up to 3kg/m2.

It can be stored for 12 months minimum in the original unopened buckets in dry places and at temperatures between 5° C to 25° C. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
The material is solvent free. However, it is recommended to follow the standard safety rules.
