Two-component, polyurethane coating for waterproofing and protecting solvent-free water tanks
Thixotropic waterproofing coating, two-component, based on high-quality elastomeric polyurethane solvent free resins. After polymerization, it produces an elastic, hydrophobic membrane suitable for waterproofing of water tanks.

Application procedure

Seal cracks, damage, holes with suitable material. The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or flaking particles. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.

Required application of primer SuperTectum Aqua NG, especially in cases of negative pressure (e.g., underground tanks). As soon as the primer dries, it is necessary to make cracks, holes and corners of the walls of the tank and floor using SUPERTECTUM FLEX PU.

Directly before application, mix two components with a low speed mixer (300 r/min) to a homogeneous mass. The service life of the material since mixing the two components is only 30 minutes.
Apply with a roller in two layers with a total flow rate of 1400 g/m2.

General information
9 kg (component A 7,5 kg + component B 1,5 kg).
It can be stored for 12 months minimum in the original unopened buckets in dry places and at temperatures between 5° C to 25° C. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
Although it does not contain volatile substances, it is highly recommended that closed spaces are well ventilated so as to recycle the air in which people will work. The MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is available on request.
